8t 110V and 8t 132V electric locomotive adopt one stage gear transmission, It‘s the first generation with advantages of lower bar centre, stable.
8t 140V electric locomotive adopts advanced chopper speed regulating and battery series-parallel connection step speed regulating, wimble-gear and regular-gear two stage gear transmission. With advantages of high volume of battery, heavy traction, thickness armor plate body, high resistance to strike etc.
It based on 8t 140V step-less speed regulating, 10th step speed regulating.

The Operating Environment:

1. The surrounding air temperature: -20±40℃
2. In most moist month, the average max, relative humidity is 95% (in the same month the lowest temperature is not higher than 25℃)
3. The site for coal mine special explosion-proof battery powered electric locomotive must be in according with the stipulations of 《coal mineral safety rule》
XK8-6/110-KBT Explosion-proof Battery Electric Locomotive
It’s adapt to the ambient condition where gas and coal exist, such as wind draw-out tunnel, wind draw-in tunnel, and not high enough to use trolley wire electric locomotive, to haul mineral, equipments or other locomotive.
There are double control locomotives developed based on above series of 8t locomotive, according to user’s requirement, speed display plate and gas-sensor alarming and electricity cutoff device was equipped to ensure safe performance and long working life.
