1. Machinery part include frame ,running gear , ceiling ,chair , buffer ,sands sprinkle , hand-wheel braking, aerial braking , rubber shock absorber etc.
2. Electrical part include resistor box , traction motor , power meter , air compressor, cab control ,connector ,reactor, light ,connection conductor etc
3. The major circuit composed by explosion-proof power supply , explosion-proof cab control ,explosion-proof starting and braking resistor ,explosion-proof traction motor etc.
4. Light signal circuit composed by explosion-proof light and explosion-proof inverter
5. Braking circuit composed by DC motor, explosion-proof combined box, explosion-proof power meter, temperature control meter and air presser etc.
6. Electrical working theory: current get through battery to start resistor, traction motor start work to pulling locomotive performance.
Electrical circuit:
1. Combined control by battery, series-paralleling of traction motor and resistor.
2. Double cab control, a block terminal was quipped to make as few as outlet terminal of individual electrical equipment.
3. Double cab control ,Cab joystick equipped electric lock to make sure well performance by immediate action to the signal from master locomotive by reversed handling while subsidiary locomotive couldn’t do performance.
